Asian cuisine, with its variety of exotic food products and tastes is very suitable for kosher cooking requirements.

The fact that the kitchens of the East have almost no use of butter, milk and cream-based sauces, that they are not based on veal or chicken sauce, the heavy use of vegetables along with the wide exposure of these kitchens ; All these make the kosher Asian cuisine a trend.

My Kosher Asian cooking is done in close cooperation with the sushi chef  Dror Shushan - Israel's leading sushi and Asian cooking.
