Kosher Cuisine

Superior Kosher food is quite a challenge for a chef who is used to non-restricting cooking, but I done see that as a difficulty.

Unique raw materials, designated cooking techniques, and above all understanding of Kosher cooking, are the foundations for my contemporary Kosher cooking.

Contemporary Kosher cuisine has been very much upgraded in recent years.
Original flavors of raw materials were emphasized, recipes that didn't require artificial adjustments to laws of Kosher food were developed and even  further avoidance from use of Kosher substitutes such as vegetated cream and margarine.
There has been an increase in usage of Ethnic cooking styles which blend well in Kosher cuisine.

All these and more I have blended into my unique cooking style in Kosher events.
